Remisen – the old tram depot - is centrally located close to Trianglen and Fælledparken. The depot was put into use in 1873 and later completely rebuilt so it was ready for electric operation in 1901.
In 1965, the Blegdamsvej Remise was closed down. Since then, the building has been transformed according to various projects such as "Sleep-in" and today it houses ball courts for badminton and table tennis but can also be booked for flea markets and other activities. At the northern end of the building there is a leisure center for children with an attractive indoor playground.

The library will serve as a hub of knowledge and a resource center for the community, providing access to books, journals, and other educational materials. The library will be designed to encourage exploration, learning, and social connections. Most of the spaces in the library are open, but private learning spaces are also provided on the second floor.

On the other side is the collective kitchen. It will be a shared space where community members can come together to cook, share meals, and exchange culinary knowledge. The kitchen will be designed to encourage creativity and experimentation, and will offer a range of equipment and tools to support different cooking styles and techniques. Several private kitchens are also provided for long-term projects or product development. Additionally, this private kitchen can be used to organize small seminars or team meetings to facilitate collaboration and sharing of work among different team members.

There is also a two-level seating area in the center that can be arranged to host events. On the second level, a bridge connects the two ends, providing both sides with a more private learning area.
Overall, this cultural house will provide a multi-functional space that caters to both individual and group needs, including a library, sharing teaching and learning spaces, and a private kitchen for research and development purposes.
